Description

At the JAPAN EXPO Reception, visitors can check in.
Please present your e-ticket, PDF ticket, or printed ticket at the reception desk.

If you have a Concession ticket (for visitors under 15 or over 65), you will need to show a valid ID.

If you have a Full Dress Kimono or Japanese-Themed Cosplay ticket, but your outfit is based on clothing or themes from outside Japan, you will be asked to purchase a regular ticket at the reception.
