Our services offer no key money (shikikin), no security deposit (reikin), no brokerage fees, no need for a joint guarantor, fully furnished rooms, and possible move-in from one month.
We can handle inquiries and contracts in English.
We manage approximately 5,000 rooms, primarily in Tokyo.
