KinKa Kobo (菌香工房) is a VEGAN brand from Aichi Prefecture delivering fermentation and Samurai spirit to the world.
At our booth, we introduce a new form of Hatcho Miso—Hatcho Miso Powder—which boasts Japan's oldest tradition, and we welcome business discussions for expansion in Australia.
We also accept advance reservations for our recipe book currently under production, 88 MISO MAGIC from JAPAN.
Furthermore, we will exhibit original Samurai-themed goods and Aichi crafts, offering a unique experience that merges food and culture.
