Masaya kamei ​Piano in Recital

New-generation Japanese pianist Masaya Kamei performs in Sydney for the first time at Sydney Town Hall as the night event of JAPAN EXPO, the ultimate Japanese event in Australia.



Masaya Kamei was brought to worldwide attention in 2022 at the Long-Thibaud International Competition in France where he won First Prize and Audience Award. Also, he won the third prize at the Maria Canals International Piano Competition and became a semifinalist at the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in 2022. He gained recognition in Japan when he won First Prize at the 43rd PTNA Piano Competition and the 88th Music Competition of Japan at the same time in 2019.
