OAKHOUSE is a rental housing service company for foreigners in Japan, established in 1992. There is no requirement for a security deposit, key money, agency fees, or a guarantor. All apartments are furnished, and tenants can move in from one month. Inquiries can be handled in English, and contracts are also available in English. We manage and operate 850 furnished apartments and 4,800 shared houses, primarily in Tokyo, but also in Osaka, Kyoto, and Hyogo prefectures. We are committed to the philosophy of "enjoy living," and we host over 300 events and parties each year for residents to participate in.
